For availability please complete the form or send an E-mail to info@casaperferiesga.it indicating: name and surname, nationality, date of arrival and departure, room type, cell phone of at least one guest or of the parent company.

N.B: The booking will be confirmed according to the availability of the rooms.

DEPOSIT

Booking is confirmed after the payment of the deposit (50% of the cost of the rooms).

The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or credit card upon confirmation and will not be refunded if canceled within 30 days prior to arrival date.

CHECK-IN

The check-in starts from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Who plans to arrive outside these times, must inform the House Management.

The guest at the arrive is asked to give to the receptionist a valid identity document and end the payment through the following methods: credit card, cash machine or cash.

We do not accept checks, either Italians or foreigners.

The organization of hospitality is disciplined by an internal regulation that is present in each rooms.


INVOICE/RECEIVED

The invoice with a precise header must be requested at the time of booking otherwise a tax receipt will be issued.

Please note that in case you need to be issued, for the same reservation, receipts/invoices for more than one name, must be specified when booking.

TIMETABLES

Opening of the house: The house opens at 7:00 a.m. Those who need to go out first are kindly requested to communicate it the previous day.

Breakfast: Breakfast is from 7:00 a.m to 9:30 a.m.

Closure of the house: THE HOUSE CLOSES AT 24:00

Particular requests are to be preventively required and concordat with the Management.

For any information the guest may ask to the personal.

 

CHECK-OUT
It is necessary to leave the room by not later than 9:30 a.m.

In the event that check-out is delayed beyond 9.30, the Guest is required to pay a sum equal to the amount of the daily fare.

 

INSURANCE

The holiday house and the guests are covered by a specific insurance.

 

ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS

The House is predisposed, through a ramp of access, to the reception of families with disabled people.
